COST FOR DELIVERY

UK & EU & US

SMALL ITEMS - Free UK delivery , EU and US cost £10 to deliver (includes earphones and dog leashes)

MEDIUM ITEMS - UK & EU cost £20 and US cost £65 to deliver (includes coffee tables, ottomans aka Pettomans and Joshepine Pettomans)

TIME FOR DELIVERY

SMALL ITEMS

Small items are delivered by Royal Mail within 2-4 working days after your item is despatched. Our courier Royal Mail delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm. We will send you a tracking number with the link as soon as it's available. This information offers you loads of options, so you can also choose to:

• Change the delivery day
• Upgrade to a Saturday delivery (for an additional charge)

 

MEDIUM ITEMS 

Medium items are delivered by Hermes to UK and EU. They are delivered by UPS to US. UK and EU deliveries will arrive in 3-5 and US deliveries will arrive in 5-7 working days. Please note that due to Covid-19, some Hermes shipments may experience a slight delay. Our courier delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm. We'll get in touch by email to ask you to select a delivery day. And our courier will keep you in the loop on the big day by texting you up to 90 minutes before they arrive.

Please note that Small and Medium items may require self-assembly.
